Maryland Environmental Service has an opening for an Senior Environmental Specialist – Senior Lead Environmental Specialist within our Technical and Environmental Services Group supporting transportation planning tasks at the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) Environmental Planning Division in Baltimore, MD. This position’s responsibilities include acting as a senior analyst for the Planning Division, with project management skills related to transit projects in the Office of Planning. Duties will include, but not limited to, providing support to the Manager to ensure federal and state requirements are met, and assisting with the implementation of the environmental, bicycle, pedestrian, and other transportation programs.
