Frontier Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) and the City of Fort Smith is seeking RFQs from qualified firms to provide professional consultant services for preparation of an Active Mobility, Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan (BPMP). The successful proposer will have significant experience preparing bicycle and pedestrian master plans of comparable complexity and scale for communities similar to the City of Fort Smith with extensive community outreach, public engagement and meeting facilitation experience.
The selected proposer will be expected to deliver high-quality services and products, develop professional meeting and web-ready graphics and work cooperatively with City staff, Board of Directors, and the public throughout the development of the BPMP. Significant community and Commission engagement and participation will be a major part of the plan’s development process.
