COMPASS is seeking consultant support to conduct a Planning and Environmental Linkages (PEL) study to evaluate high-capacity transit service options in the Treasure Valley region of southwest Idaho.
The Request For Proposal (RFP) includes the project description, scope of services and submittal instructions. Responses are due by 5:00 pm MDT on Monday August 7, 2023.
