The Herkimer-Oneida Counties Transportation Council (“HOCTC”), through its host the County of Oneida, seeks to retain a firm to prepare the update to HOCTC’s 2020–2040 Long Range Transportation Plan, “Going Places”. HOCTC invites all qualified firms, individuals, or teams of firms and/or individuals to submit proposals for RFP # 2023-363:

Proposal packages, prepared in accordance with the conditions contained in the RFP, must be received by HOCTC by 4:00 PM EST on November 3, 2023.
