The Black Hawk County MPO of Iowa is now accepting proposals from qualified consulting firms for the Northeast Industrial Access (NEIA) NEPA Study. The objective of this study is to determine a preferred alternative from the options outlined in the 2019 Planning Study and complete the corresponding NEPA Study for the designated area. This will advance our endeavors to address safety, capacity, and traffic access concerns associated with the truck traffic accessing this area and bring us one step closer to a project that is ready for implementation.
Proposals are due by 11:00 a.m. CST on Wednesday, November 22, 2023.
