CAMPO is inviting qualified consulting firms or persons to submit Statements of Qualifications, Interest, and Experience in completing a transit feasibility study for Northwest Harnett County. The study will consist of two phases: Phase 1 will require substantial public engagement aimed at gauging the need and demand for transit services; Phase 2 will build on the outcomes of Phase 1 and develop recommendations for potential transit solutions, as well recommend an implementation plan for the recommended transit service.
