CAMPO is seeking consultant services to create a Regional Multi-Modal Safety Action Plan that enhances mobility and supports projects and programs that advance safe travel for all transportation users. The Regional Multi-Modal Safety Action Plan is essential for building a safe transportation network throughout the area of CAMPO’s jurisdiction.
The successful consultant will ensure that CAMPO and its stakeholders have a data-driven, planned approach to address safety needs and prioritizing projects. The Regional Multi-Modal Safety Action Plan will also align the goals and objectives (through the “Promotion of Safety, Health, and Well Being”) that will be included in the 2055 Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP).
The creation of a Regional Multi-Modal Safety Action Plan will serve as an overall “umbrella” plan that will benefit member agencies in CAMPO to pursue implementation grant funding. This work will be completed by June 30, 2025.
