This project will update the 2004 Claymont Community Redevelopment Plan to accommodate changes in New Castle County in terms of jobs, demographics, as well as development patterns and trends, while incorporating land use and transportation innovations to encourage enhancement of the built environment and supporting infrastructure in a holistic manner that respects the unique character of this area.
