Position provides a professional engineering perspective to the federally mandated metropolitan transportation planning process. Manages complex engineering and planning processes/projects and coordinates programs, policies, services, and regulations. Requires a 4-year degree in civil engineering with emphasis on transportation and minimum 5 years relevant experience. Strongly prefer PE licensure in NC.
