RFP Description
The Baltimore Metropolitan Council (BMC) is soliciting proposals from a qualified firm(s) to assist in conducting a survey, which collects demographic and travel information from a randomly selected representative sample of households in the BMC region and other select areas of the State of Maryland. The information collected as part of this survey is the primary source of observed data used to estimate, calibrate, and validate the regional and statewide travel demand models.
Proposals must be received by BMC no later than October 15, 2026, by 4:00 p.m.
