RFP Description
The Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) is seeking a qualified consultant team to develop a comprehensive Transportation Project Delivery Plan that will establish the organizational framework, staffing strategy, processes, procedures, and implementation roadmap for the new Project Delivery program. This exciting opportunity will help shape how the MPO can assist in delivering transportation projects (pre-construction) across the Gulf Coast region, supporting local governments and TxDOT.
Firms with experience in transportation project delivery, program management, transportation planning, engineering, organizational development, and federal-aid projects are encouraged to submit a proposal. We look forward to partnering with a team that can help build a scalable and effective project delivery and technical assistance program that transforms regional transportation investments into delivered projects.
