Executive Director – MPO

The Collier County, Florida, Metropolitan Planning Organization is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, dynamic individual to fill the role of Executive Director of the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO). Recruitment and selection processes will take place between September 2025 and January 2026. Candidates selected to participate in on-site interviews, which are advertised and open to the public, should make themselves available to travel to Naples, FL to take part in the process on Thursday, December 11, 2025. The selected candidate will be expected to begin in the position in late February 2026, prior to the position being vacated on March 9, 2026, upon retirement of the current incumbent.
