Tours are not included in the conference registration fee. Separate sign-up and fee required after your conference registration is received. Space is limited. Register early!

Description: Visit the walkable Daybreak master-planned community in South Jordan, Utah, to see how amenities such as parks, trails, restaurants, shopping, schools, offices, and light rail are within easy walking or biking distance from doorsteps. Diverse housing options and mix-use districts are planned within a well-connected street system with active transportation choices such as trails and bicycle highways. Learn how transit-oriented development at two existing light rail stops will help to increase transit use and reduce vehicle trips, with a future third rail stop to serve the new stadium site for the Salt Lake Bees Triple-A minor league baseball team.
After transporting by bus from Downtown Salt Lake City to South Jordan, the tour of Daybreak will begin with a ride on the UTA TRAX Red Line from 5600 W. Old Bingham Highway to witness the emergence of ‘Downtown Daybreak,’ a new urban center with the stadium, entertainment venues and housing options that will be served by the future Central Station. The light rail segment of the tour will end upon arrival at the end of the Red Line at Daybreak Parkway Station. The tour will resume through the Daybreak community on the bus with stops at unique parks, amenity areas, and commercial districts.

Upon arrival at Olympic Park, a park guide will lead the group on an exhilarating shuttle ride to the summit of iconic Nordic ski jumps and racing tracks.
