RFQ Description
The Northeastern Pennsylvania Alliance (NEPA) is seeking qualifications from firms for the update of the Long Range Transportation Plan for the Northeastern Pennsylvania Metropolitan Planning Organization (NEPA MPO) and “Consulting Services.” The Consulting Services will be on-call, as-needed for a wide range of support services related to transportation planning, with particular attention to maintenance, updates and support for existing plans.
