RFP Description
The Mankato/North Mankato Area Planning Organization (MAPO) has released two (2) separate Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to solicit responses from qualified firms interested in transportation planning services described in the request for proposals for the purposes of producing separate deliverables:

CSAH 16 (Stoltzman Rd) Corridor Study in Mankato.

Highway 14 Corridor Study in Mankato and North Mankato.
Each study will undergo a separate procurement/ranking/contract selection process. Proposals will be submitted individually per study. The firms selected must have experience and expertise in corridor transportation and multimodal planning, including (but not limited to) project management, public involvement, data collection and analysis, development of intersection control evaluations, financial resources, and a clear understanding of the MPO planning process and federal and state requirements.
