The Emerald Coast Regional Council is seeking an innovative, solutions-oriented Chief Financial Officer to help guide the organization’s financial strategy and advance initiatives that strengthen communities throughout Northwest Florida.

As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will oversee an approximately $13.5 million budget, lead a finance team of four, and manage accounting, budgeting, grants, procurement, investments, payroll, audits, reporting, and internal controls. This is a unique opportunity to build upon a strong financial foundation while introducing fresh ideas, improving processes, and serving as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team.
