Request for Proposals
Proposals, subject to the conditions contained herein, will be received by the Oneida Department of Planning until 4:00 pm, local time on Monday, May 12, 2025, for:
FTA Section 5311: Oneida County Mobility Management Professional Support Services
RFP- # 2025-417
Three (3) originals and one (1) electronic copy in Adobe PDF format (USB flash drive or CD media) of the completed proposal must be received by the deadline. A transmittal form or memo must be included with the proposal package and reference RFP # 2025-417.

Any questions concerning the RFP must be submitted in writing to the foregoing address, or by email to transplan@oneidacountyny.gov, by no later than May 8, 2025 at 4:30 p.m.
Copies of the RFP may be examined at no expense at the Department of Planning, or downloaded from the Oneida County website at
