The Genesee Transportation Council (GTC) in Rochester, NY seeks proposals for consulting services for the Safe Streets for All (SS4A) Regional Safety Program. The purpose of this project is to develop local road safety plans (LRSPs) for individual counties within one of three sub-regions of the GTC planning area.
One consultant team will be selected for the Central region, which includes Monroe County and the City of Rochester (2 urban LRSPs); a second for the West region, which includes Orleans, Genesee, Wyoming, and Livingston counties (4 rural LRSPs); and a third for the East region, which includes Wayne, Ontario, Yates, and Seneca counties (4 rural counties). Given the need to progress all ten plans on concurrent schedules, we expect no consulting team will be selected for more than one sub-region.
